With this ad the customer provided the text and a choice of two images I chose this one as I felt I could achieve more with it. The customer asked for a monochrome ad so to make things stand out I used subtle grey colours. I used a gradient effect at the top of the image to give it a smooth edge and blend nicely into the writing above. I made the numbers bold so they're more obvious to the reader. I used InDesign to create this and Photoshop to convert the image to CMYK.
